Charlotte currently is working on her doctorate dissertation at the Laboratory for Urban Sociology of the Federal Politechtical School of Lausanne, which is called, “Security Politics and Urban Transformations. Public policy, private strategies and communitarian action in the urban security space. The cases of Barcelona and Bogotá”.
She has worked with ONU-HABITAT at its office in Genève and has also coordinated the Project “Urban Violence and Security Politics in Bogota and Barcelona”.
She has collaborated with CERAC in various projects related to the urban security in Colombia.
