Diego Moncada   Diego Moncada studies computer science engineering and works with informatic structures and web development. At CERAC, he worked in the development of CERAC's new information system.
     
Samuel Mesa Samuel Mesa recently completed his undergraduate dissertation in Cadastral and Geodesic Engineering at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.  At CERAC, he was developing a web-based interface for CERAC´s conflict information systems, a Geocoding facility and was in charge of the Geographical Information System of  the Center.
 
   
 
Ricardo Cuítiva Ricardo Cuítiva studied Cadastral and Geodesic Engineering at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.  At CERAC, he is currently working in the corporative network and data bases.
 
 
Yadaira Orsini Yadaira Orsini studied Political Science and International Relations at Javeriana University.  She holds a master’s degree in National Defence and Security at Escuela Superior de Guerra. Her research interests include international cooperation, conflict transformation, the Colombian DDR process as well as urban violence, especially the cases of Santiago de Cali (Colombia) and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

Andrés Ballesteros Andrés Ballesteros studied economics at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia where he is currently pursuing a masters degree in the same department. His previous work has investigated issues of poverty and quality of life. His work at CERAC focused on the measurement of various types of human rights violations and peace actions, in addition to issues regarding the production and transfer of small arms and light weapons.
   
 
Diego Torres Diego Torres studied economics at Universidad Javeriana. At CERAC, he was involved in the maintenance and feeding of the conflict event monitoring system.
 
   
 
Óscar Becerra Óscar Becerra studied economics at Universidad Nacional de Colombia where he is currently pursuing post-graduate studies in applied mathematics. Óscar recently completed an internship in the Department of Economic Research at Banco de la República. He has a particular interest in the statistical analysis of time-series data, and he supported CERAC with cross-sectional and time-series econometric analysis. Óscar is currently a research assistant at Fedesarrollo.
 
 
Norma Gómez Norma Gómez is studying economics at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. At CERAC, she was involved in the maintenance and feeding of the conflict event monitoring system. Norma Gómez is currently a researcher at DNP.
 
 
Simón Mesa Simón Mesa finished his undergraduate studies at Los Andes University. He has interests in new-institutional economics and the economics of violence, especially on the economic analysis of the public impact of the changes in legislation. He worked in the maintenance and feeding of CERAC's databases. He is currently completing his Master's degree in Public Economics at Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
 
   
 
Andrea González Andrea González Peña obtained an undergraduate degree in economics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She's currently finishing her Master in Political Studies at IEPRI. She was research assistant of professor Eduardo Pizarro L. in the projects “Electoral History in Colombia 1826-2002” and “Academic Analysis of the Paramilitary Phenomenon in Colombia". Her research interests include conflict analysis from a social perspective and statistics.
 
 
Nicolás Suárez Nicolás Suárez studied economics at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where he is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in statistics. He works at CEDE of Universidad de los Andes. He completed an internship at Banco de la República in the Department of Economic Research. Nicolás worked at CERAC for more than a year as a Researcher on spatial statistical analysis and database analysis. He also has interests in the analysis of time-series data.
 
 
Wilmer Marín Wilmer Marín obtained an undergraduate degree in economics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He has interests in geographical information systems and its applications to social analysis. He worked in CERAC in the construction of georeferenced conflict information systems for Iraq and Afghanistan.
